Discbuddy ("vi", "appen") värnar om din integritet. Denna policy beskriver vilka uppgifter vi samlar in, hur de används och vilka rättigheter du har.

1. Uppgifter vi samlar in

• Kontouppgifter: e-postadress, namn och (frivilligt) telefonnummer och adress.
• Plats du själv anger: land, län/region, kommun och stad. Appen använder inte GPS-positionering.
• Profil & innehåll: profilbild, dina discar, recensioner, chattmeddelanden, bytesinformation och loggade rundor.
• Teknisk data: enhetstoken för push-notiser, kraschrapporter och grundläggande loggdata.

2. Hur vi använder uppgifterna

Vi använder uppgifterna för att tillhandahålla appens funktioner (konto, byteshandel, chatt, sökning av spelare, spelplaner), för att skicka notiser, för felsökning och för att förbättra tjänsten. Din leveransadress visas endast för din motpart i ett aktivt byte med frakt.

3. Lagring & tredjeparter

• Supabase (EU-region) — databas och inloggning.
• Stripe — betalningar för premium. Vi lagrar aldrig kortuppgifter själva.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — leverans av push-notiser.
• Google Gemini — AI-funktioner. När du använder AI-coachen skickas dina rundadata (poäng, bana) till Google för analys.
• Sentry — kraschrapporter för att hitta och åtgärda fel.

Vi säljer aldrig dina uppgifter och delar dem inte med tredje part utöver vad som anges ovan.

4. Dina rättigheter (GDPR)

Du kan när som helst redigera din profil eller radera ditt konto inifrån appen (Profil → Radera konto). Vid radering tas dina personuppgifter bort. Du kan kontakta oss för att begära ett utdrag av dina uppgifter. Du har även rätt att lämna klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

5. Lagringstid

Dina uppgifter sparas så länge du har ett konto. Äldre chattmeddelanden och utgångna spelplaner rensas löpande automatiskt.

6. Barn

Appen är inte avsedd för barn under 13 år.

Discbuddy ("we", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how it is used and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name and (optionally) phone number and address.
• Location you provide: country, county/region, municipality and city. The app does not use GPS positioning.
• Profile & content: profile picture, your discs, reviews, chat messages, trade information and logged rounds.
• Technical data: device token for push notifications, crash reports and basic log data.

2. How we use data

We use the data to provide the app's features (account, trading, chat, finding players, play plans), to send notifications, for troubleshooting and to improve the service. Your shipping address is only shown to your counterpart in an active trade with shipping.

3. Storage & third parties

• Supabase (EU region) — database and authentication.
• Stripe — premium payments. We never store card details ourselves.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery.
• Google Gemini — AI features. When you use the AI coach, your round data (score, course) is sent to Google for analysis.
• Sentry — crash reporting to find and fix errors.

We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties beyond the above.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You can edit your profile or delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account). Deleting removes your personal data. Contact us to request a copy of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

5. Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as you have an account. Older chat messages and expired play plans are cleaned up automatically.

6. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.
